How to obtain an ARC diskette:

Using a Web browser, go to http://www.pc.ibm.com/listfiles.html and select
"PowerPC Files" from the list of categories.  Then select the "List" button.

OR

Anonymous FTP to: 

  ftp://ftp.pc.ibm.com/pub/pccbbs/powerpc/

and look for filenames beginning with "arc".
